Some decisions in life are hard, some are easy and the rare ones are so obvious they don’t even register as having been made.

Talking to Claire when I decided that I needed logos and artwork for my driving school ranks as one of those, a decision that made itself. I had the fortune to work with Claire over several years and with our mutual clients who would repeatedly sing her praises. I saw the level of commitment Claire had to make sure clients were happy, that the job was completed to everyone’s satisfaction. I saw jobs go out on time or ahead of schedule. So this was an easy decision, you could say I had hundreds of former clients recommending her!

So I wanted a logo, I wanted a facebook presence, I wanted business cards. I may at some stage want a car livery. We talked about what I was trying to achieve. Claire looked at the colours I wanted and why, suggested a minor change here and there, recognising that the colours I had chosen worked well on some media but less well on others. She designed my logo, keeping the simplicity I wanted. All this was done with a regular dialogue.

From our initial conversations, the mood board and final logos, Claire laid out timescales and either kept to them or delivered early. I’ve ended up with cards, logos and digital output I am delighted with. I have everything I need now to move forward with the look I want aiming at the market I want to attract.

20 pence may be a fairly new enterprise but it is coming with a wealth of experience producing output in many forms for clients for whom the finished article is of paramount importance as their businesses “first impressions” public face.

We will talk further about websites and maybe other options, but for now, I am a very happy client and definitely recommend anyone who wants a collaborative approach to talk to Claire.

I took some time away from my business a few years ago. On my return to it I attempted to design my new website. A complex, ecommerce site at that. Yes, yes, I can hear all the sniggering now.
