I paid for my website in January after very promising phone calls with the business development manager but unfortunately I've been left feeling let down.
Here we are, 5 months later I'm still waiting for my website to be finished. The communication has reduced and now my requests are 'more than the budget' although when being sold the website I was told they would make as many changes as I needed until I was happy to put the website live.
The website delivered is nothing like those of the customers who have left testimonials so please dont be mislead into thinking this is what you're buying.
The only reason for the 2 stars is because the business development manager is polite to speak too but if it came down to the amount of chasing I've had to do, the amount of time its taken and the excuses of why amendments cant be made, it would be a 1 star review.
I don't like leaving negative reviews but this has been very disappointing, strongly regret deciding on this company.

I signed up with First Digital Media initially for the social media lead generation campaign and within the first month, I converted 2 of my leads into big jobs! The team are reliable, honest and operate with integrity. Whenever I do call my account manager to make amendments, he always responds promptly! My knowledge in marketing is limited so I was always wary, but they soon put me at ease. They are now handling all my marketing activity leaving me to concentrate on my work! First Digital Media are professional, Staff are helpful and friendly and importantly, deliver on there promises.
