Appalling service. Took over management of our business website and emails only to lose all our email history despite claiming they knew what they were doing with the transfer from Ionos to LCN.

We were promoting a car rally to the Sahara Desert and wondered why public interest was poor, only to find out that our ‘Contact Us’ form on the website had been disabled. Despite trying to get this rectified with many emails, text messages and voicemail calls to both landline and mobile, we received not a single response from Weareluna, resulting in the rally having to be cancelled at great loss to ourselves. If you want your business to actually grow, choose another company to manage your website.
