We worked with Ribbons Media to create a product update video for our customers - we had a powerpoint, storyboard, script and that was the hardest bit. The filming went really well, very helpful and lots of good advice (and patiently dealt with us messing up our lines), it took less time than we thought because everything was set up so well. Turnaround on the first version was really quick and it was almost perfect, only needing a couple of small changes. The final version is due to go out to customers this week.
Internal feedback has been good: "The video format works really really well, well done!" and "I think this works really well. Great job!"
Its been a pleasure, so we will definitely get in touch for the next update!
