Despite being a touch dubious about the whole optimisation thing I knew I needed to rank higher in order to try to create a new market for my business. Contacting several companies I found huge variations in promises and costs, from the dodgy sounding and vague to the downright extortionate. Ade at 427 Marketing was the only person I spoke to who was able and willing to give the time to explain exactly what services would be provided and how they'd work. He didn't make unrealistic promises and told me it would be a long-term process but hasn't demanded up-front payments and is working on a performance payment basis initially. He has been very pragmatic, making adjustments to my new website as it has been built and liaising brilliantly with my web designer so I've been able to sit back and let them work together. He has provided a detailed breakdown of all that has been done as well as Google info showing the ranking improvements for keywords from some work he did on my existing site. I'm seeing results earlier than expected and am really excited to see what happens when the new site is launched. Above all though I've been really impressed how 427 have been able to explain everything they're doing to a technophobe like me without being condescending, showing me that I'm definitely getting value for money and also making me a whole lot more clued up in the process. Highly recommended.
