We have had a CPM-100H for a number of years. The machine does everything we need it to and if we ever need support, Lighthouse have always been there with the answer. If that support extends to a visit from local engineer Neil Beare, he is always there within a couple of days. True after sales service.

Absolutely brilliant company, every technical query handled on the phone at first contact. Printing in-house saves us 1000s as well.

They also sometimes offer children's school their surplus stock, which my daughter was over the moon with when she took them into school!

Another great experience with Lighthouse. I needed some help on how to print a label. I sent an email and within 10 mins someone called me back. After a detailed explanation from one of their knowledgeable staff I knew what to do. If only more companies operated as well as Lighthouse !

Having needed very little support or assistance in 5 years of owning the printer, when I did need help due to the printer not cutting properly the support team (Jay Clark and Gary Beswick) were on hand to get the printer fixed quickly. I was kept updated through the whole process as well as being offered a label printing service whilst it was out of action.

i have been using this companies printer now for approx 10yrs and its still as good as new. any dealings that i have with them has always been professional and courteous, i would highly recommend these guys to anyone that requires a vinyl printer, also they just sent me a box of their part used vinyl reels for my granddaughters pre-school, so they are very environmentally aware as well... .
