Having recently launched a new product my social media quickly became overwhelmed with messages from people asking for information about the different products and services I offer. The messages were taking a lot of time out of my day to reply to and I was struggling to keep up.
Having previously spoke to Liam about some of the services he offers I sent him a message to ask if he’d be able to put a bot in my messenger that would answer some of the basic questions I regularly get from customers so that I would no longer need to reply myself.
I sent Liam over the information I wanted to send to customers, made him the admin of my page and within a couple of hours he had created the bot and it had actually been successful in securing an order without me needing to do any of the replying to the customer.
I felt relieved that a large part of my day would no longer be spent replying to messages and I could actually work on creating products and offering the services that I do rather than constantly stuck on my phone replying to messages.
I highly recommend using Liam to help get your social media working for you. His speedy service saved me hours of work and stress and helped convert a lot of enquiries in to sales as customers were replied to promptly and with consistent information.
