I wanted to take a moment to share my experience with the agency, as I believe it’s important to provide feedback for improvement. Unfortunately, I have found the overall experience to be quite disappointing.

Specifically, I have noticed a lack of professionalism in communication, particularly from one of the managers, Baljeet. I believe fostering a respectful dialogue among staff is essential for a productive work environment.

Additionally, there have been instances where I reached out to the management team without receiving a response. This has led to a sense of frustration and has impacted my perception of the agency's commitment to its staff and candidates.

A disgraceful service provided by Eva who claimed to be a manager for Khiels in Heathrow Airport Terminal 4.
My brother was trying on a product when she approached us , she was rude and sarcastic, when we tried to ask for help she dismissive and responded by saying we should know the ingredients in the products already and refused to help us. I actually haven't ever received such a poor services before and an still quite shocked with how she behaved with us. When I informed her I didn't like the way she spoke to us, she responded by saying thank you as opposed to actually apologising.
I felt she was racist and just didn't want to help, absolutely poor service from someone who claims to be a manager too.

The actual place to go for interview is nice and pleasant but do not work for them. These people are incredibly rude when on the job so not touch them with a barge pole. Incredibly rude to passengers and ride to staff staw away
