Had a great experience selling my house through Home Estate Agents. Mike’s local market knowledge when valuing my property was a level above competitors and was reflected with a realistic list price resulting in plenty of interest. The fee structure was also better value than other local agents which ultimately made the choice of who to sell with a no brainer.

Marketing of my property was excellent, videos/pictures and social media posts were professionally shot and really showcased my property. James communicated regularly throughout the sale process and was always proactive when helping us to decide what the best strategy was.

Finally, Megan/Amy were always on hand to advise on how the sale was progressing once a buyer was secured and really helped getting all the final logistics worked through.

Big thank you to everyone in the team at Home. Would certainly use them in the future if i’m back in the area.
