I am a Host Family of over 10 years, working with many different organisations. It was my first time with Bright World and I just HAD to write this review, because they are easily the best I have ever worked with!

Super vigilant about the care of their students, which one expects, but they also genuinely respect and support the Host. They give you all the information you need, organise every detail, are always at the end of a phone if you need them. All this leads to a great feeling of confidence between the Host and the student. In other words they facilitate the very best care. I was highly impressed with them, especially as I know how much effort goes into making the ship run so smoothly - and believe me not all organisations manage this!!

I especially want to mention Tori Percy and Tom Kane the Accommodation Officers and Jieni Hua the Guardianship Care Manager who were so efficient, kind, highly professional and hardworking. I loved the students they placed with me too! It was an honour to work with you, thanks BrightWorld!

We sent our only child, a 15-year-old at the time, to Edinburgh this past year; the school he attends insisted we needed to hire a guardianship. We did, and at their recommendation, chose Bright World. The school buddy/contact they selected for us, right off the bat, far exceeded our expectations for being available, bright, and instantly able to connect with our son (we asked and were able to meet her in person) as well as able to relate to both of us as parents. Further, each time we were confronted with a potential school holiday snag, Bright World's case manager was quickly and politely, professionally available and extremely clear with all of her communications. The host families our son was place with -- there were two! -- were each kind, welcoming, and made him feel well cared for and cared about at every step of the way. Bright World made an enormous difference, most of all, at the very end of his extremely challenging academic year abroad. Their patience, flexibility, and kindness could not have been more welcome or needed when we were 4,000 miles away! Can't recommend this service any more highly.

Super professional educational consultants and guardianship company and clearly very passionate about providing the best care for their students and host families. As a family who has worked with other guardianship companies, I can see with true objectivity that Lana and James genuinely care about the quality of care received by their students. Students are carefully matched with host families and vice versa. The staff are well trained and will pick up the phone which is a rarity nowadays. Additional training is also provided to families to support students needing pastoral care and a bit of tlc or just a home environment. It is a pleasure to provide a 5 star review for Bright World.
