I have always used Argyles Estate Agents to sell my properties. They are very competitively priced, they are open 7 days a week and they always keep me informed of viewings, they organise and attend the viewings, give feedback after viewings and discuss any offers. They give courtesy calls periodically and emails when you are unavailable to take calls. The level of professionalism displayed by all the staff is excellent and compared to other estate agents I have heard about they are definitely the best. I cannot recommend them enough.
