Risa, We met in-person - twice was it? - at great length to talk about my story. We all decided to go ahead with a campaign with you. You asked me to compile all I could with reviews and interviews and videos etc...this was a big project to get done and I did it and sent it to you. We had a phone meeting date to go over everything and you didn't show up for it you didn't email or text me for a heads up nothing just blew me off - I finally got a hold of you through email and we set up another call and again you didn't show up just blew me off / again finally got a hold of you and you were very cold and rude saying I don't have online presence and actually abusive in how you spoke to me about it saying you’d be embarrassed to send anything out. My strength is not in self promotion which is why I wanted PR! A really upsetting and bad experience and treatment. You are still not reaching out to me directly. You are clearly unaware of how you treated me.

I was a pleasure working with Risa and her team as we planned The Arc Westchester Foundation's food and wine tasting earlier this year. Risa is well-organized and stays on top of our schedules.
