I feel this business may have become somewhat complacent of late as the experience we have had is not inline with the rest of these reviews. We didn't ask them to help us, they contacted us to ask if they could wow us with their expertise in our industry, having apparently done an amazing job for one of our competitors (the fact they had fired off Mayfly should have rung alarm bells). The increase in business promised never materialised and if anything stalled. The only thing that went up was the cost of running ads but with nothing to show for it.

Our last communication was Mayfly apologising for not setting up landing pages correctly and testing them, leading to us throwing hundreds of pounds down the drain, with no offer of a refund or compensation. Poor at best, downright detrimental is more accurate!
