It appears that once you place an order the work is issued to an overseas agent, this makes communication very difficult using broken English, in addition there is a total lack of knowledge relating to search terms, English pronunciation of local areas and cities, despite complaints and many requests for contact by a UK based contact they simply do not engage.

The technology the team use to communicate with clients is in some cases better than having an account manager who can visit.
