I recently commissioned Panoptic to make a short promotional video for my dog photography company. I found them to be very professional, friendly and helpful. We did the shoot on Saunton Sands in north Devon on a cold and blustery day. Four people turned up to so the shoot - I was expecting one! They were really great on the day and nothing was too much trouble. I am really happy with the finished film and have been getting fantastic feedback from it. It was definitely worth the investment and on that note I thought their prices were very reasonable. I would love to commission them again. Thank you to all from the company who helped me - you did a wonderful job.

Highly professional and a pleasure to work with.

We recently used Panoptic to produce a short creative film for a music festival. We were recommended by others who had previously used this company and we were not disappointed.

We were able to discuss our requirements in depth at an initial meeting and had regular contact in the run up to the event. On the day we were proud to have the team on site, they were professional in both appearance and conduct and interacted well with our customers.

The end product was fantastic! It arrived quicker then expected. We have used this to great effect on social media and have seen a significant increase in on line traffic as a result.

Considering the rising importance of video content in marketing, we needed some short films for advertising. Both projects delivered bang on time and were better than we could have hoped for! After some months of marketing of the house using traditional and online media, we had not made much progress in attracting potential buyers to view the house.

It's not in a well-known village such as Salcombe but a village only the yachting community have really heard of; and the house is quite large, complex and designed to be multi-purpose. The potential for a flexible and varied lifestyle on the water’s edge, in a village community and within close proximity to the sea was not well communicated through texts and still photos. And despite everyone's best efforts we had not made enough progress; we needed something to bring that potential and that lifestyle alive.

We started to think outside of the box and in the course of this exercise we were introduced us to Panoptic Motion, who specialise in drone enabled movies. In due course Carl and Jamie came down for a day’s photography and filming. They quickly realised the challenges - and rose to them!!! After several days exchanging draft videos we agreed a final three minute version that really helps the viewer put the house in the context of the village and estuary as well as highlight the inside and outside lifestyle - in the house - in the garden - on the estuary - and in the village. The sense of movement, scale and perspective that the viewer gets from the aerial stills and panoramas, and from watching the video is very powerful.

Our marketing campaign was relaunched to include the video link on the website and a new brochure including some of the new aerial stills was produced. We invested in joint agency representation and marketing. Within a week, visits had taken place and an offer received.

In addition to an excellent and appropriate marketing tool, my wife and I now have a wonderful memento of our home which we could never have otherwise created.
