Terrible service. Only ordered 2x PE shirts, after exchanging sizes i was told would call when the size was in, a week later got a call to say order was ready. After queing for well over 20 mins i was handed the exact same order i went back and exchanged week before. Went back following day and told no smalls left, so where was my order then? Offered XS told no good needed to be a small, said they will deliver to school following day, after trying to call for 3 days straight after no order delivered to school and no answer i decided to go down to the shop! Was told ooh your order is probably out for delivery and took my number told would call and never did, phones were off because they was 'busy', im sorry but what sort of business cuts the phone lines so customers cant call up, i work full time so getting to the shop is difficult when they close at 4.30pm. Woman in shop took a small from someone elses order and said keep the other 2 shirts as inconvenience, nope they took 1 off me and gave me just one!! Now after only 1 wash both Tshirts are out of shape and basically as thin as tissue paper the quality is awful!! I will certainly not return nor would i ever recommend. They need to sort the shop out and get some organisational skills in place before they lose even more custom. I'd give less than 1* but it isnt an option. One very unhappy customer.

The new owners have vastly improved the service at Hamiltons.
This is a great little shop if you like to customise your own clothes as they now let you design your own prints for tshirts and stuff. The embroidery options are really cool as well!

Amazing customer service, the staff are so helpful and went above and beyond for my order when I couldn't arrange to collect it. Good quality uniform that has withstood the test of time with my teenage son but unfortunately not pubescent growth spurts! They don't provide you with uniform that fits for now and will only last 5 minutes they measure and accommodate for growing kids so it's good value for money when you consider how long they last. Thank you so much for such a pleasant interaction!

Excellent fast friendly service. Ordered a show rug with embroidery for my granddaughters pony. Received it within 2 days and now have a happy granddaughter and a posh looking pony. Will definitely use Hamiltons again

Do not use. They must be having some serious internal issues. School has started back and no school jumpers after being ordered well in advance. Now they don't even answer the phone. Useless.

Uniform takes a very long time to come and the staff are very unhelpful in answering any questions you might have. Still querying an order from the beginning of September!

Thank you Kelly and your colleague who we know has a cutie dog called Dot! I'm so happy to have recently found out about Hamiltons. The best place ever to purchase school uniforms. Good prices and fabulous, fast and friendly service from start to finish - certainly deserve the 5 stars.
We'll certainly be back for more uniforms and I'm going to spread the news about Hamiltons and it's exceptional customer service.
