Best recruitment agency I've used.

Becky and Sarah are awesome!

Initially I had some discussion via phone with Becky. We looked at various roles and Becky answered any questions or got back to me. I was given chance to think about my suitability before committing to a job which was great.

When I popped down to the office to do the paperwork I felt very welcomed, I was kindly made a coffee and after a chat I was all ready to go.

Started work, knew what to expect and felt like I'd been looked after with Becky asking how I'm getting on in the role every now and again.

There were a few concerns which were communicated from my point about certain aspects of the job.
Both Becky and Sarah took it seriously and made me feel like they genuinely care about their clients.

2 months down the line and I've never been let down with anything whatsoever.

CNC will have your back, you can rely on them and you know where you stand.

I would describe them as energetic and professional.

Do not attempt to work for this company!!! They have numerous roles(supposedly) and when you ring or message to say you’re intrested they ignore you or make up some lies that it’s been taken even though it has just been put on. Marian is a dodgy recruitment consultant I would stay away if I was you!!

My son contacted with Sarah Alien at CNC just before the bank holiday for a change in career from 10 years as a chef to something in the technical/ computer industry which he has qualifications in. He had a meeting with Marian on Wednesday last week, he was then contacted by Marian on Friday for an interview on Monday 13th and today he’s received confirmation of the job he was interviewed for.
If that’s not a recruitment company doing its absolute utmost in fulfilling is criteria then I don’t know what is.
Thank you is such a little thing to say when you’ve just changed someone’s life for the better but thank you to all the team at CNC and especially to Sarah and Marian. Thank You. X
