Working with Tom and the team on our brand refresh was such a pleasure and they made the process as seamless as possible. The whole team is extremely knowledgeable and friendly and they made it easy to navigate the unfamiliar territory of branding and marketing.

Having no real knowledge of branding and marketing, they asked the right questions and gave us the direction we needed to help us form an idea of our brand and to use this grow our own understanding of the business. Constellation then used the information they got out of us in our initial consultation sessions to flesh out a new brand concept and provide us with a full pack on what the brand is, how to use it effectively and how to communicate with our current and potential customers. I have the brand guidelines and communication toolkit they produced printed on my desk and refer to it extensively for all things marketing. This has given me great confidence when it comes to marketing the company and building our social media presence, something which I was always very unsure of in the past.

Everything Constellation has done for us has felt bespoke and tailored to us, and it is clear the team have spent a lot of time to really understand our business and provide a service built just for us. Rather than an "off the shelf" service, it really feels like the work they have done fits in with who we are as a company and where we want to be.

Our website has been live for a few months now and we have had some really positive feedback from clients. But even though we are so proud of our new website, all thanks to Tom and the team, it is all the other work in the background Constellation provided during the process which has been the icing on the cake. Having a comprehensive but easy to follow brand guideline and communications toolkit has made such a difference to our thinking and the service we provide.
