absolutely ignorant agency. Cant reach out when there's an issue in a flat. It's been 3 month since we moved in. Still unable to get help/sort the flat out, although we're paying not a cheap rent.
BE AWARE: It may seem very easy to work with agency, until you sign the tenancy agreement.

I had a very disappointing experience with this agency. They kept my deposit for no reason and provided no clear explanation or justification for it. Despite multiple attempts to contact them and resolve the issue, I was ignored and given vague responses. This lack of professionalism and transparency has left me incredibly frustrated. I would not recommend this agency to anyone – be cautious when dealing with them, as they clearly don’t respect their clients' rights or funds.

The lady with glasses thats working at your shop had no manners.She speaked rude with us.We really wanted to buy a house but she put a bad example.She didnt say how many room we want.We was the ones who had to ask.So we decied to leave and go to another shop.And let me say they was much better.They was the first to ask how much rooms.Which set a good example.

Sapphire Homes are the best estate agents that I have dealt with. Initially, I met with Paul to get the valuation. He was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Once I had given the go ahead, I was given Jamie as a direct contact. All the way through the process Jamie kept me informed as to what was happening, and gave me good advice when things slowed down a little in the chain, which helped a lot. I also knew that if I needed to ring or email her, I could, as nothing was too much trouble. She was always friendly, professional, and helpful, and I appreciate the support she gave me throughout the process. I would 100% recommend Sapphire Homes to anyone.

Jamie was our key contact at Sapphire throughout the selling process of our home. The process took 18 months in total due to changes in interest rates, losing 2 buyers and losing 1 property we wanted to purchase. Jamie kept us informed throughout the process as well as keeping us positive (even when, at times, we started to feel moving wasn't going to be possible). She did an excellent job at screening potential buyers before viewings to ensure they were in a position to buy. We felt supported from the very start of the process right through to completion.
