In the near 2.5years I have dealt with Creative I have always been impressed with their commitment to customer service, client satisfaction and speed of response to requests.
Richard and the team have on more than one occasion, worked late in the evening if required to meet marketing deadlines in preparation for our exhibitions, press releases and campaign launches. On each occasion producing excellent work.

We invited two companies to discuss branding, web design and marketing for a new company which was being set up. It had only been set up as an informal meeting but the first company came with nothing in mind, no understanding of the business and an eye-watering quote.

Our expectations weren't high but then Richard from The Creative Agency came for the second meeting and we were blown away. He had not only done homework on our business subject, which is not an easy subject to grasp, he came in with company name suggestions, logo suggestions and further branding suggestions. He also had quotes for their work which were fair and competitive.

We couldn't fault the amount of effort that had gone in to his presentation and he had won our instruction before he left the room. Since then we have been really impressed with every aspect of their team, whether it be the graphic design from Richard, web design from Neil or copywriting from Glenn.

As well as creating the brand, website and marketing material, they have been handling our social media account.

Every aspect so far has been great and we would whole heartedly recommend their service.

The Creative Agency have provided us with excellent brochures and marketing products of the highest quality. They guided us through the entire process from conception of design right through to completion; and even helped us with ideas of how to best distribute. The prices were very reasonable and we were able to consult throughout the entire process to ensure our personal needs were met.
Customer service was always friendly, helpful and accessible meaning that the whole process could be completed swiftly within out time scale.
