I’ve been using Crystal Print for a few years now to provide embroidered work wear and have always found them to be excellent.

At the outset, they provided great advice to help modify my logo to work with their embroidery machines, resulting in a brilliant badge.

They use good quality clothing which really lasts - it holds up well to frequent washing. Despite the fact I only order in small batches, their prices are also very reasonable. They’re very courteous in the shop and reply quickly to emails, and clothing is always ready to collect when promised.

Rob did a great job of my mother's funeral order of service, I couldn't have been happier with the service, quality and turnaround. The price was very fair and they are unusually willing to do small quantities too. It's a bonus that they have parking given how central they are. Excellent service and reasonably priced.
On a Saturday morning I phoned a few embroidery shops in my local area and they were all closed for the weekend. Luckily I managed to find Crystal Print online and gave them a call to ask if they would be able to do the embroidery by a certain date. The lady I spoke to over the phone was very helpful. I dropped my items off and was kept informed/updated on the status of my order by emailing Stewart. He advised me about the most affordable design and gave me a proof to see and approve before the embroidery was done on my items. I can’t thank you enough for such an efficient service and top quality job. The results are excellent. There’s no need to go anywhere else for your prints/copies/signs etc, Crystal Print is number 1 in my opinion!

Outstanding customer service. I contacted Crystal Print with an urgent creative project (bespoke "newspaper" for a 70th birthday). Despite being incredibly busy, Stewart took the time to understand my requirements and suggest the right paper and binding.
