I took my Mum for diabetic eye screening appointment. Really good place to visit, easy to get to with good parking.
The lady who did my Mum's screening was very nice, caring and professional.☺️

I rent an office in Basepoint and find both the facilities and staff to be ideal for my business. The building is always very clean and the accounts system is very easy to use.

I was also very impressed to see the amount of charity work that Basepoint do and even more impressed in the amount of involvement of the tenants. They create a very friendly and professional atmosphere all round. I can't fault it!

Offices that can be hired out. Took my mum here for diabetic eye check. All signs were clear as to where we had to go. Very clean and tidy was someone on reception if you needed help

My office is in this building, the staff (Michelle, Leanne and John) are brilliant, they look after us well. The site is so convenient for my container depots, all the businesses here a great too. So convenient to use a meeting room and the chill out lounge is very relaxing.

Staff rude and obstructive. When issues are raised, onsite staff immediately become defensive. Usual story of nothing they can do to help, and they will have to pass your details on with no resolution ever forthcoming. Unprofessional face to face customer service to long standing customers.

It was 3 years next month when i began my relationship with BP in Ipswich,it occurred to me that i should post a review.
The company i am associated with have been tenants for nearly 10 years(this in itself should say it all!)

The premises and amenities are exceptional and cater for my every business need.

More importantly(for me) the management and staff(Ali,Lee and Nigel) are all enthusiastic in their roles,creating great atmosphere and have proven time and time again their willingness to assist with efficiency and flexibility.

Maybe not the cheapest place in the area but ideally placed and as the saying goes’you get what you pay for’!!

Clean new building, very polite staff, everything modern and up to date. Went for an eye test and the rooms were ideal for it, plenty of space to hold business meetings and other associated business opportunities.
