I applied for a job as a Warehouseman at the 3D group, in Sherwood Business park Nottingham in October 2024.
After going for the interview and told at a later date how well it went , i was informed that they wanted someone who had worked in a smaller Warehouse. ( this does not make any sense? )
I was also told that they would keep my details on record for six mnts, and i would be first in line if any more jobs came up here and that they would be in contact.
When a job came up 11.02.24 for the same position, my CV through this company has been rejected twice.
I still carnt get my head around this and just like other recuitment agencys are full of lies.
Know one has the decince to pick up the telephone to answer you or ring you.
Very dissapointed in the service.

Nervous about paying a flat fee upfront? Will they take your money, post an ad on a generic job site and you’ll never hear from them again? In fact, the service I received from Flat Free Recruitment couldn’t have been more professional or more human. This is a company that cares.

Our Advisor, Paula, was superb. She explained the numerous channels they were planning to use to promote our ad and talked us through how to use their site (it’s refreshingly simple). Paula then worked with one of Flat Fee Recruiter's in-house copywriters who refined the text for our job advert, which gave us a fresh perspective and helped optimise the copy for Search Engines. Only once we had agreed all this, did our campaign go live.

We ultimately found our winning candidate from a personal contact on this occasion but I was so pleased by the number of candidates FFR produced and their personal approach to service, I will definitely use them again.

Flat Fee have been great. We have used them for several job vacancies now and they are always very helpful and get the ad out quickly. The team are really friendly, and very supportive and continues to check in and support you throughout the entire duration of the ad running.
