We have worked with Matt and his Team over the past year redeveloping our skills information website (golandscape.co.uk). We are absolute novices to this kind of work and Matt has been outstanding in patiently walking us through every step of the process. He has answered our questions in language we understand (non techy), provided instructional videos and, most importantly, has always been at the end of the phone to answer the many questions we had.

His manner is friendly, understanding and non-pushy. He was entirely focussed on what we wanted the site to deliver, and he was committed to finding solutions to make it happen. He worked to our schedule and hit every deadline set.

It’s a shame we can only give 5 stars. We were dreading the site’s redevelopment but Matt and his team made it a seamless and pleasurable experience. I have no hesitation in recommending his services.

Matt, Luke and the team at Melt Design did a masterful job of redesigning and porting a membership website with three membership levels and three years worth of content. Melt Design did a FABULOUS job on our new website! They designed and implemented our site for us on a very short timeline, due to a promotion we were going to run. It only took one round of feedback for them to "get" our design style, which is unusual because we're very picky about look and feel. And their implementation was perfect.

It's really hard to find good designers (we have been through four or five different design firms in the quest for the perfect one), but they're FANTASTIC. Two thumbs up!
