I was desperately in need of a website face lift. After years of it sitting online with poor stock images, content that wasn’t even relevant to the business and quite honestly something that had just been forgotten about! Looking at growing the business and becoming relevant again, a friend of mine had recommended speaking to Lauren and Fran at Muse Marketing. After an initial conversation on the phone, explaining the situation. Francesca quickly booked in to come and meet with me and discuss what I wanted/needed and what they could do to help. Technology is really not my skill set, so Francesca made things very simple for me “leave it with me!” Within a couple of days both Lauren and Francesca scheduled a second visit to show me what they had done and go through final adjustments and specific details that would help showcase my business whilst gathering useful data. A couple of days later we were literally live! With a great new website that I actually feel proud to have in the public eye. Honestly I had no idea it could be done so quickly, and the contact that I had from first enquiry through to launch, was superb. Literally haven’t got a bad word to say about Muse! Delivered exactly what I wanted in a friendly manor and in a time that surpassed my expectations!

Hands on service, attention to detail and an amazing depth of knowledge & attention to detail. Ive used high end marketing companies in the past that are all talk and dont deliver but the Muse is certainly not in that bracket - quality comes as standard
