Merula have been brilliant thus far. They were quick to provide us with all the relevant documents and processes once the order had been placed. Their pricing is transparent and reasonable for each tariff.

Additionally, they have demonstrated good customer service / aftercare when It came to a router issue. Potentially at the start, more could have been done to diagnose the issue further and offer to send out a new unit sooner. Being that the router was <1year old and still within its warranty period. But, that has been resolved now and a new router is on the way. In summary, overall service has been excellent with Merula. If you want to go for a trustworth ISP on the ONFL Network, I would highly recommend Merula ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Nothing but problems and issues and poor service. We are paying for 120 mbps download speeds and average 43 mbps. Richard the director took responsibility for the ticket after weeks of swapping emails and not getting anywhere and i had asked for Merula's company complaints procedure. I was hoping it would get better but apart from sending a different router which with hose speeds is a waste of time - his communication and response was worse. Unless you are corporate customers then they do not care. I have given them time and time and now simply run out of patience. Shocking and shame on you! Ofcom will be notified

I've been using Merula for 12 years for home office (FTTC) and they are very good, at least if you're reasonably comfortable with networking. When the internet has gone down with them it's either been very brief, or I've called up and it's been because roadworks have severed the actual wire. One criticism I will make is the pre-configured router they sent was a dreadful model with hardly any logging and limited numbers of ARP bindings and Virtual Servers. That's on the LAN-side though and the connection upstream to their pppoe was always fine and just needed the username, password and MTU entering.
