I wanted to take a few moments to let you know how grateful I am for the work of your team, especially considering when we first began talking about a website. Lisa, Mark, Tyler and Sarah have all been outstanding in everything they have done to get our website to where it is now. Although only a few people have seen the 'draft', everyone has used the term 'amazing'. For Yvonne and I it is so much better than we could ever have hoped for. The design is different, unique and functions beautifully. The help and guidance we received to get to this point was truly exceptional and we have a great sense of how to really get the best from our site.

We decided to choose Surge Marketing Solutions because they are a local company. Our first meeting was with David who explained in detail what they could provide for us. Once we had made the decision to go with Surge our new site was built by Chloe who was great to deal with. Nothing was to much trouble for Chloe, it took about a month to get to our final website design. Once our site was built and live we went to Surge to have our officers trained on how to update and change the site. The service provided by Surge through out the whole process was excellent nothing was too much trouble even now after about 12 months it there is something we cant quite get right all it takes is a quick email to Chloe and it is sorted, with a explanation via email for future reference. Would highly recommend to anyone who requires a new website.building.

After having a website previously built by another company and having a bad experience it was a breath of fresh air to meet the team at Surge. They were honest with what they could do with my budget from the get go and explained the benefits of spending a little more or keeping with what I initially could afford. To me there honesty was the most valuable thing I took away from working with this team.
The guys at surge were brilliant when making my website. They were very patient and explained everything really clearly to me. I wanted something that would fit my brand but be functional to all age groups as my customer base is quite varied and this is what I got and more. I really cannot fault them. I have had fantastic feedback from customers and anyone that looks at the website are always really impressed.
I was really impressed with the customer service and aftercare. I am not the most confident person when it comes to technology but they explained everything very clearly and have been at the end of the phone or email ever since if I have needed anything.
I am hoping in the near future to invest more into my website in the way of SEO and I will certainly be using Surge marketing solutions for this.
