Iv been a customer with Cosy Aromas for many years now I return because the quality of the products are, in my opinion the best around. The scents are long lasting & great value for money. The customer service is first rate & delivery of orders is always fast & efficient. There is also a fantastic community group which is so nice to be a member of as you get to interact with other customers & find out about upcoming events & scent releases.
I would 100% recommend anyone thinking of trying this company for the first time to do so, you won't be disappointed.

I have been using Cosy Aromas since March 2019 when an ad popped up on Facebook. I received my first order (little heart wax melts) and became a VIP monthly subscriber which I still am almost 4 years later. I’ve tried so many brands up to this point and this is the best on the market. Each month I get a surprise box of new melts (never had a duplicate scent apart from one seasonal Halloween box - this was a favourite amongst us all and pretty much demanded to return). This company has grown so much since I started using them launching new products such as oils, room sprays and body products range. Everything is excellent, highly scented and made with love. I haven’t had many issues but their customer services have gone above and beyond every time even with their continuous growth. I wouldn’t shop anywhere else and wish them continuous growth and success they work so hard and deserve.

I’ve been using Cosy since Dec 2020, after my Step mum introduced me. They have a wide selection from wax melts, room sprays to body and bath products.
I love all of their products they have brought out, especially the wax melt and room sprays which are long lasting and linger for days afterwards.
They are excellent with their customer service, any problems you just email them straight away and they resolve or help you. I can’t fault them one bit. I’ve even taken a trip to Cosy HQ with my Step mum and the owners and team are all lovely and very welcoming. Would highly recommend 🙂

I’ve been using Cosy’s wax melts for over a year and I would so recommend them. The variety of scents is amazing and lasts for ages (one in the burner can be melted for 2days) I’ve also tried the room sprays and oils, which again are fab. I’ve only tried the body butter from their bath and shower range and it’s also really good.
Customer service is brilliant, when I’ve emailed them as I placed an order and needed to change the delivery date, they emailed back within 2 hours and sorted it.
And the sales and offers are pretty good, too!
