Extremely disapponting experience. I am compelled to share my highly disappointing experience with Brandwin Digital regarding their SEO campaign services. Despite their initial promises of quality and consistency, my experience was far from satisfactory.

Firstly, Brandwin Digital consistently provided limited amounts of reports throughout the campaign, which was a clear breach of our contract. This lack of transparency made it difficult to gauge the effectiveness of their efforts and left me feeling uncertain about the progress of my project.

Additionally, the services provided were intermittent at best. There were frequent disruptions and delays, significantly impacting my business operations. The inconsistency in their service delivery was frustrating and unprofessional.

The situation worsened when I decided to move my websites away from Brandwin Digital hosting. I explicitly requested that communication remain open and that no changes be made to my websites or emails until I gave explicit consent. Despite this, the agency has completely ceased all communication, including via WhatsApp, phone, and email. This sudden silence has left me unable to access crucial information and support.

To make matters worse, I now assume that I have lost all my emails and have suffered months of business disruptions due to Brandwin Digital’s delays and lack of contingency planning. This has caused significant stress and financial loss for my business.

In conclusion, my experience with Brandwin Digital has been extremely disappointing. Their breach of contract, intermittent services, and complete lack of communication have had severe consequences for my business. I strongly advise others to avoid working with this agency to prevent similar issues.
