This company is not as efficient as it used to be. Since Richard left it’s gone worst. Problems are not solved, staff not reliable, not willing to help. Promising and not doing anything. When you contacting office staff they promise to help you just to brush it off. Not happy with Seven anymore.

I have worked for Seven for a while now, I originally worked in my local area and I was recently offered the opportunity to relocate for work. I had a lot of anxiety surrounding this as I’d never been on a ferry and I was going to a place I’d never been to. Hollie (my consultant/manager) has been super supportive and helpful, she’s answered all my questions to the best of her ability, put me at ease and even ensured I arrived on the island safely. If there was anything I needed help with, Hollie responded as soon as she could and if there was anything she wasn’t sure of, she would get back to me as soon as she had an answer.
Hollie is definitely one of the best, she is very approachable and to be blunt, Hollie actually cares, which most that have worked for agencies in this sector will know that it’s a tough trait to come by.
If you ever have the opportunity to meet or speak to Hollie, I’m very confident that you would not be disappointed.
The recruitment process is very simple and straightforward, if there is anything you struggle with, Hollie or whoever your consultant may be, will be there to guide you through it all right from the start, and they’re just one message away through your whole employment.
From my experience, I’d 100% recommend working for Seven should you choose agency work, and I’d absolutely recommend speaking to Hollie about the work that’s available, Hollie will keep the shifts coming, and if you fancy a change like I did, she will inform you of the available locations for work and together, you will find something that suits you.
I can’t thank Hollie enough for her support and advice whilst on my journey with Seven, it truly has been an amazing experience!

Awful experience. I had no support when being put through a case, I was left with no work for over 2 months and even though I was given the go ahead to be offered work in other hospitals, because I was innocent and had been a loyal employee for a year before this incident, Anthony just wouldn’t help me and ignored a lot of my messages. I wouldn’t recommend working for this company due to the lack of compassion, understanding and support. Don’t waste your time

Really nice agency to work with having the likes of Richard Huggins and Bailey Green as the team leader and compliance officer respectively. They make the work easy and also I’ve got good people that we work same shifts and it’s been an amazing team work. Seven resourcing generally has the interest of the staff at heart as much as they do have the clients interest on a 100. I recommend!

Working with this agency has been enjoyable for me. In particular, Richard Huggins, one of my shift coordinators, and I have been able to forge enduring professional relationships.

Goodness me! Richard has got to be the most patient person I've ever met. Speaking with and working with him is simple. I have no trouble expressing myself to him, and he's always been a nice listener, even when I'm on the fence about asking for a higher wage for a certain shift. He can determine what is best for me and the business and make a choice that doesn't negatively impact either party. I am constantly motivated to work the shifts he assigns me. He spent two hours on the phone with me the other day attempting to work out my tax problems with the tax office. That gesture of kindness was quite admirable. He not only makes sure you get the best out of the shift, but he also makes sure you get paid well and at due time.
