This cafe participated in the Taste of Scilly Festival, serving a divine lobster dinner. It included three yummy pates (crab, mackerel, and salmon) as a starter, an unbelievably tasty lobster with sides, and mouthwatering desserts. As we live in New England, we are used to fresh lobster, but this was by far the best we’ve ever eaten.

We love great food and eat out quite a bit. This ranked as one of our best meals ever, which says a lot! It even beat out Jose Andres, which is hard to do! Plus, we pride ourselves in trying to find the best restaurants when we travel, which aren’t necessarily the ones hyped up in travel books. We hit a home run with this one.

Being foodies, we love watching Master Chef. They talk about the importance of cooking with love. It was so evident that the chef does indeed do this.

Unfortunately you won’t get to be treated with the lobster dish we had, as it was only offered through the festival, and they usually are open just for breakfast and lunch. We did stop by for a cheese scone which did not disappoint. The other items on their menu looked fantastic as well.

Given the perfect service, friendly atmosphere and delicious food, please do yourselves a favor and go there!

We booked dinner at N&F for tonight as they were offering a special meal as part of the Taste of Scilly Festival of Food and Drink. I was truly impressed by the food, the service and the welcoming atmosphere. It felt like we’d been going there for years. 3 courses plus a soft drink all showcasing local products. The lobster was amazing, perfectly cooked and dressed. Thank you to everyone involved for a lovely meal, think I’m going to be telling a lot of people about this place. Xx

Warm and welcoming feel. It felt like and island shop. The ice cream and milkshakes were great ! I would love to try their salad options next time. I loved the children’s art competitions on the wall.

Wonderful family owned takeaway. Great food and terrific service. The staff couldn't have been more friendly. Seating outside but gets super busy. Their quiche was the best I have ever tasted! Five star place. Can't wait to visit again when I come back to the Scilly isles.

Cute family run cafe and parlour. All home made and fresh!! We got treated to a special lemon meringue sundae with home made meringues and lemon curd. So tasty!

Lovely little cafe with great food and coffee. Run by such a lovely lady who came to our rescue when we were having a bit of a bad day. She was so warm and kind and totally made our day--if you remember me I was the lady with the twins!

We holiday on St.Marys each year and Ned and Fins is a big hit. We visit regularly and it never dissapoints. It is spotlessly clean,comfortable and very welcoming. The food is freshly prepared on the premises using high quality produce. Beautiful quiches,salads,breakfasts,paninis,sausage rolls, cakes,scones as well as a good selection of drinks. Staff are wonderful. I would highly recommend and look forward to visiting there again next year.
