We switched our website, My Vintage Home, from Word Press woo commerce, to Astrocart this year. Our previous website had a lot of issues as we had outgrown it over the years and was running very slowly. We were introduced to Astrocart and haven't looked back since. Switching website platforms is a major decision, one that you don't want to get wrong. Our business has been running for nearly 10 years now and in that time there have been issues along the way with odd times where the website may have crashed, which typically would be over a weekend. It was very important for us, because of this, that whichever provider we switched to provided us with emergency support in the event of this happening. The switch to Astrocart took a matter of weeks and all ran smoothly. From the day we switched over and every day since Tony and his team have been there to offer support. Tony is amazing and literally at the end of the phone at any time of day or night if I have a question, I have even reached out with questions not directly linked to the website as such and he is always there to offer support and advice. Tony and his team are also always looking at ways to simplify monadic tasks that I may have to perform on the website, that is really helpful too.
From the day we switched, the website ran so much better, it is super fast and looks really professional. It was the best decision we made and would highly recommend.
