Went there to get my daughter’s passport photo taken. What a waste of time. They took so many photos and couldn’t get even 1 approved by passport office. They blamed my daughter’s hair and all other excuses but I’m sure it was the lighting in their studio. They don’t seem to know what they are doing. Went to snappy snaps and got it all done in 2 mins flat with no issues. Won’t be wasting my time going here again.

DO NOT VISIT THIS PLACE

Went here to get our mehendi welcome signs print it was our first time visiting this shop, as soon as we entered the shop there was two staff (a guy and a girl ) they started talking in their own language ( they were speaking in hindi and because we are nepalese, we can understand them but i dont think they knew we could understand them. they were commenting on our face and giggling. Basically they were saying we have really big faces and commenting on our make up and laughing at us. When my friend told that girl staff we can understand their language and they should stop taking about us and told them they are very rude. but they did not stop and started giggling even more. We were so desperate we had to get our print out done today so, we brushed it off and asked if they can do our print out,They told us it will take 10 mins so we thought instead of waiting we can run some errands while they can finish off the print out. We came back to the shop after 15 mins-20 mins and they told us the printer is not working. The printer seemed fine earlier for other customers.
STIRR AWAY FROM THIS SHOP/ VERY RUDE ENCOUNTER DONT RUIN YOUR DAY.

Unreliable opening times. Says open on web and on door but firmly closed. Man is rude and unhelpful. Very expensive. £3 for one print. Not great quality either. Shocking.

Awful! Have no customer service. They're rude and always on the phone. ( the original owner passed away and the new management are not good).
Took my baby here for a passport photo. The photo got rejected because they took to photo too close. I went back and the man was trying to convince me it wasn't his fault, we went back and forth for a while eventualy we took another photo and I checked if it would get accepted there before I left the shop which it did. He didn't apologise or let me keep the photos that didn't work although we can't use them, it still my babies photos.

He was also rude to other customers in the shop and was on the phone the whole time.

Don't waste your time. Just download a online app for passport photos.

Literally took 5 minutes from arrival to walking out the door with my passport photos. Great service and superb value for money. I strongly recommend Ace Photo Lab rather than the automated machines to get passport photos! PS: They offer all kinds of other photography services too!

Just went to collect my printed pictures and discovered when I opened the envelop he put them in, that they had been printed on a matte paper, although I didn't request for it. I asked to have them print on a normal glossy picture paper but he said that it was the only paper he got. Although I was not happy with it I still had to pay 3£ each (which already feels a lot for a 8x6 picture)! Lost of money and definitely not good customer service.

Hiya,
Please avoid this photoshop. They tried to charge me 50 pound for 4 Indian passport photos where I got that done in 18 pound in Slough. These guys must be shut for ripping off. Please stay away. Try snappy shots.
