Arid Design took on my house design and after making some really insightful design change suggestions made getting planning permission a virtually painless task. Their knowledge of the planning system is extremely thorough so we were able to discuss the art of the possible and get permission for everything we wanted in what could have been a tricky location.
We continued to use Arid for much of the building control work and again we were very impressed with the attention to detail, quality and willingness to use modern construction techniques. This has been backed up with a lot of much needed practical advice for a first time self builder. I would not hesitate to use Arid again should I build another house.

Following a unhurried consultation once we had moved in , Arid came up with a great design giving us exactly everything we hoped for .With some fairly radical changes the place has been transformed . Adam and Chris followed through the planning process to a very successful outcome, as they also did with another application for a stable block.
