When The Laurence Sterne Trust needed a new website we looked no further than Castlegate IT who had looked after our old site and came highly recommended by other organisations like us. They took us back to basics - what the site was for and how should it be structured for the user - and then eased us through the design process. It was a collaborative experience between us and Castlegate with many versions and iterations before we all agreed that it looked and felt right. Everyone on the C IT Team was helpful and supportive and able to translate some of our woolly thinking into technical solutions. We were nudged along but never pressured.
