So massively impressed with these printers, I had another company let me down last minute and they managed to turn round a large format PVC banner for me in under 24 hours, and saved me.

Disappointing attitude! We have ordered well over 5K worth of printed materials from this company in the past two years and now, when they have a made a mistake, they are not taking responsibility.
We have ordered a "Corridor Sign that should come out of the wall on a stand for 100mm." These were the exact words in our email. Mitchell Higgs, our point of contact ended up making a sign that we have previously ordered but smaller in size.
He has completely ignored the bit in our email which stated we needed a "Corridor Sign that should come out of the wall on a stand for 100mm".

Mitchell just bluntly wrote, he thought we just going to put the sign in a corridor as he doesn't know what a "Corridor Sign" is. Why would we write "Corridor Sign" in the email, if we just needed the exact same sign that we have previously ordered of 4 pieces? Absolute nonsense! I can understand if something is not clear rightaway in an email but ask questions, that's your job to get it right!

I have spoke with another person from this company and I tried to explain the situation as Mitchell was just insisting that he is not in wrong and not willing to offer any compensation whatsoever. This person in the phone just transferred my call to Mitchell instead of to a sales manager who could assess the situation, because let's face it, Mitchell doesn't want to admit that he has made a mistake on this order.
It seems like the employees covering eachother's back at this firm!

The only solution Mitchell offered, is to create a new sign as now he understand what is needed for "cost price" which is a joke as he wants to charge around £595 which is clearly not the cost price of this item. It is really annoying when someone is insulting your intelligence to this degree!

We have offered to send back the sign and pay to make adjustments to it so it can be usable but this was refused.
We have offered to send the sign back for a full refund as we are not able to use this sign, this request was also refused.

Really poor customer service and incapable staff!

We recently used Wallace Print to produce window graphics for one of our Estate Agency offices. This was the first time that we had used them and we were really pleased with the service and the quality of the the work provided. They printed our designs and installed the graphics impeccably. They were a pleasure to work with and the turnaround time was excellent. We highly recommend their services.
