Worst customer service I have come across, would not even give a star. As a graphic designer myself and dealing with my customers/clients I would never treat them in such a way. Jio was not so joyful at all. Very expensive for a design that I had to create in the end, and did not even get a refund or atleast a discount. I would not recommend this place unless you want a cowboy job done.

Went into the store today to get 50 A6 flyers for a charity event. Done them there and then within less than 10 minutes.... As it was for charity the owner done them at a good price at his own decision. Will 100% be returning for other business needs

I had a great experience at this shop when I dealt with an older gentlemen. I was printing some ACCA exam material and he noticed and gave me a student discount even though I'm not technically a 'student' in the traditional sense. Went there a week or two later and this green haired specimen was behind the counter. When I explained that I received the student discount and what I was printing, I'm not sure what was going through her head, but she screamed at me and asked 'how am I supposed to know that?' in a very rude and condescending manner to which I told her that was the reason I was calmly explaining it to her. She ended up realising how poorly she handled the situation and printed the job but it was enough to never use this shop again. Terrible customer service and generally a terrible human being.
