We used Moxy for our sale and purchase, and although not quite at completion yet it’s been a smooth process. We really valued the honesty and openess when Matt came to do a valuation for us. He was realistic with what the property would likely achieve based on the facts and figures given, even though he was aware the valuation was lower than other estate agents, and as sellers we really appreciated this from day one. This open and honest communication continued throughout our dealings with Matt.
Bora and Jo did most of our viewings and they clearly did a great job, with multiple offers coming through.
As buyers we also had a viewing with Bora- it was great to have an estate agent who was answering all our questions knowledgeably, informing us about the property without pushing too much sales talk on us. The viewing was a relaxed and positive experience and really helped sell us the house we offered on.
Olivia has been great with keeping us updated on the sales progression, taking the time to update us weekly and moving things forward between sellers and buyers where possible.
There’s been great communication from all at Moxy from day one, which really has been the key to moving the sales and purchase through so quickly. Would definitely recommend Moxy to others.

We’ve been working with Moxy for a while as we had a sale which was taking ages to complete.
Olivia was fantastic in keeping us updated and chasing the buyer and their solicitors regularly. I know I didn’t see half the things they were doing and although it was stressful, it would have been much worse if it wasn’t for Olivia dealing with the buyers team.

Although our sale and purchase has not completed yet, I wanted to leave an early review to thank Moxy for the great job they are doing with our ongoing sale, from the very beginning they have been professional, knowledgeable and helpful.
Matthew has kept us level through some extremely stressful situations, nothing is too much trouble for him! A perfectionist through and through, a good sense of humour and sound knowledge of all aspects of the business.

Amazing service and would highly recommend! The fees and knowledge shown when I first spoke to the team here enticed me to use them for the sale of my property, however it was my experience later that would make me use them again. We used Moxy to sell our property and they were amazing throughout. Jen helped us to get the place ready to sell and organised all of the photos. Karen and Bora did a couple of viewings for us and really helped to sell it. We had a buyer almost immediately. Olivia then helped to constantly chase the solicitors and buyer. It took a little while to all be finished but it was through no fault of Moxy who were constantly on it and always replied quickly to messages. They were all very helpful and welcoming throughout. Would definitely recommend and use them again in the future.
