I really enjoyed working with MLC. I actually found them on Reddit but contacted them through their website. I was immediately contacted and the communication lines were very prompt. I asked them to do a trailer for my game and the entire process was really smooth. I was able to communicate directly with the video editor through discord and we hashed through the process of creating the trailer together. The end result was exactly what I had envisioned.
