Very impressed with the service given by Ollie,Henry & Mally of Plan Free.
Only a small project but you have to do things right with Planning and that’s exactly what the Bulmer Team have given us. Thoroughly recommend this Company and wish them all the best in 2025.

Used Planfree for a loft conversion project. Their representative did a site visit giving freely of their time and experience. They suggested a route through the planning process and did a follow up conversation which allowed us to make an informed decision about the potential project. I cannot praise the company highly enough for their friendly professional approach and timely turnaround on their advice.

We were planning an extension on the side of our house but there were no properties around us which had done anything like it so we were a bit hesitant to front a load of cash on plans which could of gone nowhere however when we heard of PlanFree we thought it was worth a shot. They were reliable and professional throughout the process, drew up some fabulous plans with great little ideas and managed to obtain us the permission we were after in half the estimated application time!

We recently switched from another local architect and have been very impressed with the prompt service and quality of plans produced. We are small scale developers and have now used PlanFree for a few projects this year and would highly recommend. After considering planning for a single detached dwelling in rural suffolk, we decided to use PlanFree, and have been impressed with the service offered.
Their reply was quick and a site meeting was arranged to discuss some of the options.
All done in a Covid safe way (as was during that time) and always with a smile.
Options were fully explained in plain English, no jargon.
We felt that we were listened to and options tailored to what we wanted.
They are a local business with a good knowledge.
With the youth and drive to get things done.
Regular Email communication keeping us fully up to date with the progress.
Highly recommended.
