A big thank you to David who ended up finding me the exact spec'd vehicle I've been looking for. David is a pleasure to do business with, polite, helpful and on it. He's a real asset to Alexanders Prestige.

Alexanders Prestige did a fabulous detailing job on my car. A full front end respray, multi-stage polish, coating and PPF covering for the entire car via Topaz Leeds (not easy to do on older models as a custom template was required!).
From dropping the car off to collecting it they project managed the whole thing including the delivery and collection from Topaz. They also fixed a couple of other minor issues on the car at the same time.
Many thanks to Alex, Anna and the tireless work of Gaz in the workshop there who made this end product look so incredible. Thank you all

I have recently purchased an M4 CSL from Alexander Prestige and was dealt with, from start to finish by Nick Cowan.
I felt the need to write a review, as i cannot express just how professional, friendly and helpful Nick was throughout.
The car was bought blind and on trust, and i could not be happier with the car and the service.
I would not hesitate on recommending Alexander Prestige again to anyone. Just ask to speak to Nick!

AVOID! POOR SERVICE WITH NO RESPECT FOR THE CUSTOMER! Viewed a vehicle on a Saturday, provided a £1000 deposit. Financing elsewhere as it was cheaper due to the dealers high APR. The salesman I was dealing with prior to viewing was on leave, instead I was served by a rude & cocky salesman with a massive ego, and not to forget, an answer for everything!! Name I can’t remember, sure it began with a K! Agreed that I wasn’t in a rush to collect the car, by the end of month would be perfect which was a week roughly from placing deposit. I advised mr cocky salesman that I had a tight schedule with work for the following week due to dealing with numerous HR related matters. I kept in touch with the original salesman DAILY via phone and what’s app, so he knew where I was upto. Anyway, after 4 working days, yes Thursday, they decided to sell the vehicle to someone else without making me aware, or even having the decency to ring me and push me to complete! Apparently the new party was a long standing customer who was buying the vehicle for a family member! I only found out about this when I contacted the dealer as agreed on the Friday morning to confirm the finance was going to be paid and when could I collect! My finance company even called them to confirm this! It appears this dealership have simply decided to sell the vehicle to someone they have a “long term” relationship with, instead of following the process and contact we had together when they requested my deposit to be paid! No timescales were provide by the dealer, or t&cs around timescales to complete/collect, utterly appalling service! Credit checks and finance all setup on a vehicle which now im not going ahead with! No communication at all re the matter, then had the cheek to sell the vehicle to someone else! Utter shambles this dealer! AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE, THEY ONLY WANT YOUR MONEY, THEY DONT PUT THE CUSTOMER AT THE CENTRE OF A SALE AT ALL!

Used service department on this occasion and from start to finish Alexanders Prestige were excellent. The service was above and beyond my expectations. I say this for two reasons as when I dropped my Bentley Continental off I realised I had left my driving licence at home ? but no problem for Natalie Box who drove me home and also picked me up when car was ready. Reason two I had car booked for oil service engine & gearbox also brake discs to be replaced but upon removing the wheels I was contacted by Natalie to tell me that after brake checks my discs did not need changing at this time which was peace of mind for me and a considerable saving too. I have owned over eighty cars and visited many garages around the uk but Alexanders Prestige stand head and shoulders above the rest. Thank you Natalie,Alex and all the guys in the service department.

Had a fantastic experience in servicing putting in new brake pads for my Land Rover defender as brake discs not required as told to me by a Land Rover service agent.

Natalie couldn’t be more helpful in arranging everything in the fantastic service all round. Would definitely recommend.

Amazing experience buying a car from here. For starters, the location, setup and quality of cars is outstanding!

David looked after me from start to finish, was quick to respond to questions, did me a custom video, great deal on my current car and generally wasn't pushy.

I like how we could do most of the paper work remotely and my first visit was after a 3hr drive to go and pick my new beast up.

Would absolutely recommend a) doing business with them b) speaking to David c) popping in if your driving up the A1 near Ripon as it's an incredible place.
