I can recommend Sarah without reservation. She is really knowledgeable and is greatly experienced and quickly brought my previously clunky website up to date. I am somewhat of a dinosaur where ‘tech’ stuff is concerned and Sarah was incredibly patient with my lack of even basic skills. I needed help to get my chaotic admin organised. I knew that some enquiries about my course had slipped through the cracks and wanted to make sure that didn't happen again. Sarah has been amazing in setting up automations through Mailerlite and Moxie for me. Moxie is a Customer Relationship Management system, it can help me look after all my students. Wonderful. With these systems that Sarah has put in place, it will be so much easier for me to see what is happening with each of my enquiries, students and graduates. I found Sarah to be super helpful, and the fact she writes everything up plus sends a recording of the session just makes remembering things much easier plus helps with focusing on solutions. Sarah's experience of being a therapist herself, plus her tech skills is a great combination to someone like me who struggles with tech. So if you ae struggling too with something similar, Id recommend getting in touch with Sarah.
