I was Adams, the owners friend. He approached me a few months ago as he was due to be evicted from his flat, and couldn't afford to eat. He offered me 25% of his business if I was to pay his rent for three months and buy him a weeks shopping to see him through. I sent him £1250, and declined the offer of a share of his life's work. Instead I proposed something of less value, some video production. Within the body of conversation he adhered me to "terms" that's in receipt of another payment of 1200 he would produce 12 videos for me. I reluctantly then agreed as he would refuse to refund me the money I helped him out with. Fast forward a few weeks later, I have been struggling to get a date for a video, yet he is now saying if I don't pay him another 1200, the "deal" we have is void and I get a "credit" for use on his system.

What turned out to be my charity in helping my so call friend has now turned into a court case.
