Really pleased with the EPC procedure from Vibrant. We got an appointment within a day, the gentleman turned up on time and was extremely polite, helpful and informative. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent service from Vibrant in General but amazing service from Jodie Griffiths! Really pleased with her customer service!
Being a property manager it can be challenging when bringing on a new property that has no EPC as well as getting everything else arranged between finding a new tenant and the tenant moving in!
Literally just have to send one email to Jodie with the property address and what service I need and within 30 minutes, I have a date and time slot confirmation & we receive the EPC the same day the service is carried out. Not having to do any chasing whatsoever. Having dealt with many companies before, Jodie makes the work load that little bit easier! Couldn't recommend Jodie enough!

Brilliant service conducted by Vibrant at my property. I was given a quick appointment date for my VESA assessment at my house. The assessor was lovely and very thorough and the follow on advice on how to improve the energy efficiency of my property was brilliant. I would highly recommend Vibrant to anyone looking to reduce the cost of their bills by making some changes!

Turned up on the day they said they would. Carried out survey for EPC and promptly produced EPC document, shared by email. Polite follow-up call, with no pressure to carry out further quotations.
