POB Design, and Jon Haines specifically, did not disappoint. The cost of POB Design services was very reasonable and, in fact, much lower than some other local web design companies. The costs were detailed before the work started, payable in instalments and no hidden extras or unforeseen expenses appeared during the process. The price quoted was the price paid.

Jon produced the website I wanted and, during the building process, if there was something I wanted changed he duly did that until I was happy with the result. We met regularly and Jon’s friendly manner, and patience, made it very easy to work with him. These face-to-face meetings were supported by a regular exchange of e-mails between me and POB Design, with replies to my e-mails coming very promptly indeed.

Through POB Design I was also able to obtain the marketing material I required post the build. Again, I submitted my thoughts, and the POB Design team came up with letterhead and marketing materials with which I am very pleased.

As with a lot of new tech there have been a couple of very minor glitches and the after-service and support from Jon, and POB Design, in sorting those glitches has been speedy and effective, with the glitches resolved following just one e-mail from me.

So, from a blank page to an excellent, bespoke website and equally excellent marketing materials in a very reasonable timeframe, and at a very satisfactory price. For these reasons I have no reservations in highly recommending POB Design to anyone wanting excellent service and a very good price.
