We weren’t meant to be here! It was only because another company had cancelled at the very last minute and Royal Marble was able to fit us in for a consultation. Beth was absolutely fantastic at helping us decide the ideal quartz work surfaces for our kitchen and laundry room. The company’s professionalism, range of products, vision, as well as a relaxed non-pushy sales technique helped us to choose our perfect work surfaces. This provided a far less stressful experience than any of the other companies we had visited.

Although we had to wait several weeks for the quartz to turn up, this didn’t matter. The measuring and fitting process was extremely efficient and accurate and performed without any issues. It has now been several months since fitting and we still have no problems or issues with the work surfaces and are happy that we have chosen the right product. Thank you so much to everyone at Royal Marble for making this process easy and stress free. Highly recommended.

We bought our quartz worktops from Royal Marble in August 2024 and are over the moon with them. We found Royal Marble on Google, we had partly sorted our work surfaces elsewhere and planned on just popping in to see what they offered. However the variety of worktops they offered was phenomenal, Beth was absolutely brilliant and ultimately the reason we went with Royal Marble instead. She is very friendly and helpful, she spent lots of time going through all the different options and even showed us a full slab in their warehouse. Royal Marble fitted us in last minute and although there was a bit of a delay with installation but we were kept updated throughout the process so we were still very pleased with the service overall.

When ordering our worktops with Royal Marble they were very patient with helping is us decide on the right worktops.

There was a bit of a delay with the supplier but this could not be helped, due to this we were given a free cut off for our utility which we are very thankful for.

Communication via phone and email during this time was brilliant .

The wait was definitely worth it, the worktops are beautiful. The fitters didn’t rush and stayed until they were perfect.

I can’t thank the Royal Marble team enough for helping us choose the quartz for our kitchen. Customer service is 10/10 each and every visit, you are always made to feel welcome. There is ample choice (so much, I found it so hard to make a choice!!) and Beth was a massive help to myself, as this was my first kitchen I’d chosen.

We’d visited a few other suppliers locally, but often felt we weren’t taken seriously as a young couple. Royal Marble made us feel valued from the get go. The quality of their products, turnaround & value for money is top notch, I would highly recommend to anyone.

The templating process was very straightforward and they were very thorough checking every point for potential problems. Beautifully fitted and looks stunning.
