For quite a while I was using a cheap online printer probably known to many - the prices were good and the turnaround time was fast. But do you know what? The customer support was really poor - you get what you pay for!

So I decided it was time to give my business to a local company and having worked with Geoff many years earlier, I followed him to BDP Wales. best move I could have made! I'm not paying any more than with the online printer but I'm getting absolute value for money and great customer service.

It's not Geoff that looks after me - it's the whole team at BDP Wales; totally approachable, perfectly professional, and full of helpful suggestions and ideas that improve the product and often save a lot of money.

And the quality is OUTSTANDING! I recently asked for a piece of digital artwork to be printed at a very large bespoke size so that I could frame it as a large poster and donate it; the result was stunning! The irregular size was no problem, the resolution was sharp as a tack and the colours just popped and crackled off the high quality paper! The framed artwork looks incredible and that's thanks to Geoff and the team.

I’ve been ordering from BDP for work over a year now and they have been honestly unmatched.

A lot of the orders were quite large and required good attention to detail to be delivered precisely but this was never an issue.

I’ve worked with Yas and Stuart on many occasions who made the ordering process really smooth and the “non-corporate” approach was most welcome.

Their sustainable range has been a great asset to our renewable energy focused business and something I’ve struggled to find anywhere else.

I couldn’t recommend BDP enough.

We initially contacted about Wedding Invitations - they explained the variety of options and even offered suggestions, we took all of them and are over the moon with how the invitations turned out! Since then we've used them for other wedding items too.
Yas and the team have been professional throughout, they've kept consistently good communication with us, been very efficient and friendly - I couldn't ask for more from their services.
10/10 - Would recommend to anyone and everyone!

I have a small business and needed invoice books was told they would take a week I ended up waiting 3 weeks also was quoted a price by email when I went to pick them total price was alot more when I queried it was told I should have asked was the total price would be with vat and extra cost for design ! What a rip off ! Will not be using again ! Thought it was a good idea to use local business ! Not happy 😒 they also like to tell lies in their response to my review they did not state extra costs in email I have proof of this and it was alot longer than 3 days extra for collection very poor service and not very friendly

BDP are always fantastic at helping us with our orders, which are usually needed ASAP with little notice given and they always manage to help us out. Cara and the team are absolute superstars. The costs are very reasonable and the quality is fantastic. If you are thinking about using a local print shop in Swansea - I fully recommend BDP!
