Andy offers a refreshing new approach to estate agents. Unlike the high street chains where your property is one of a portfolio of thousands, Moving You offers a far more bespoke service, where he puts his clients to the right properties. When we listed with Andy he had already set us up with viewings from his client base before the property had been online for 24 hours, and this was converted to an offer. We were extremely impressed with how efficient Andy was and also approachable, he seems to be always available if you needed to ask something. I cannot stress how helpful the ability to contact Andy at a moment's notice was, especially during such a stressful activity such as a house purchase.

We cannot recommend Andy and Nicola from Moving You enough. Our sale of our house wasn’t straightforward, and it fell through 3 times. Everytime we went back on the market, Andy always found the next buyer within a few days and we always had the asking price for our house. After being on the market for around 6 months prior with a chain estate agent with no offers, this was a breath of fresh air! Andy was always great at communicating and kept us updated at any time of day. Moving house is the most stressful period of time, but Andy helped us through it.

We also bought our new house through Moving You, and Nicola who completed the viewings was always really prepared with information, really personable, and it was great knowing she also worked hard at selling our house and showing off its potential.

If ever I have the energy to move house again, I wouldn’t hesitate in going back to Andy from the start next time!

Normally I'd begrudge paying an estate agent fee, especially following the service (or lack of) that I've received previously, however 'Moving You' aren't your normal estate agent. From the very 1st contact with them and right through until completion, Andy from Moving You was on hand at all hours of the day 7 days a week to answer questions and to provide updates. He proactively chased the chain and reported back to me with updates without prompting, and put in a lot of work to ensure a smooth completion for what turned out to be a challenging chain.
