Alex was the most fantastic support not only in setting up the website for my new business, but also setting up my business full stop! As a total novice in the world of business, I really didn’t know where to start. Alex calmly and patiently took me through each step of the website set up, booking system and payments. Exceeded all my expectations.
Alex’s initial response to the brief to update my website stood head and shoulders above all others in terms of its warmth, professionalism and promise of after-sales service, and within hours she was manipulating my fledgling site in real time.
Throughout the build, Alex was always intuitive, responsive, proactive and patient, even as my brief grew way beyond its original scope. The result is not only an elegant and sophisticated shop window for my services as a freelance proofreader and copy editor, but also a complex and easily navigable archive of my own extensive back catalogue.
I found the whole experience exciting, pleasurable and invigorating, and I would recommend Alex’s services to anyone. Actually, that’s not quite true. I would only recommend Alex to my friends; my enemies don’t deserve her.
