The initial interactions were promising, although there was some uncertainty surrounding the commitment to a fixed monthly hour bank. While their approach emphasised team integration, I insisted on a rough number of hours, which they eventually provided.

The first month had a slow start, partly due to our delayed information submission. However, it seemed that they lacked initiative in actively pursuing the agreed-upon goals. Consequently, minimal progress was made, and they only billed us for half of the retainer, which was fair.

Over the subsequent months, they delivered work of acceptable quality, but it did not align with the initial promise of independent work. Unfortunately, none of our target objectives were met, and their tasks mostly comprised routine assignments like blog writing and social media posts.

Upon terminating the contract and expressing concerns about hours and objectives, I received a response from Chris the owner, with whom I had not previously interacted. Regrettably, I found the owner to be somewhat impolite and evasive, and our concerns remained unresolved.

To be fair, I hadn't made any payments at this point, although there were ongoing disputes about the work and hours completed. They waived the notice period, but no work was done during that time, making the termination seem inevitable.

All in all it was not a positive experience, and it proved to be extremely costly for the results achieved. We paid £6,546.00 for eight blogs, roughly 40 social media posts, a partially finished brochure, a letter redesign, and a handbook redesign. I understand that planning, calls, and meetings were also part of the agreement, but this is what I physically received for the money spent.

Furthermore, the blogs and social media posts were only shared with our existing customers, so we didn't gain any new customer engagement. While I acknowledge that I entered into an agreement of £2000 plus VAT per month, my concern is the value for money. The initial sales pitch was promising, but the actual performance fell far short of expectations, none of the original targets were even started and the owner was rude and unhelpful.

I did also send this review through to Umbrella as i am conscious that i didn't want to post anything thats not accurate so thought it fair that they check and have the option to pull anything inaccurate however the reply from Chis the owner was a threat that he also has the ability to review my company.

So yes all in all i wouldn't recommend
